Our Group Training Sessions are where the magic happens.
Every 60 minute session is meticulously planned from start to finish including thorough warm-ups and recommended stretching and cool-downs.
Our coaches instruct, demonstrate and coach (read: assess and correct) every minute of these sessions making it feel like you’re receiving a personal training session in a group environment.
Within our program and sessions we focus on training for longevity and recognize that in order to become our best selves, fitness needs to be sustainable, enjoyable, and programmed in a way that will give you great results without burning you out.
We have found a near perfect balance of all types of training modalities where there is usually enough of everyone’s favorite things, whether that’s squats, bench press, burpees, or cardio, while at the same time, there isn’t too much of your least favorite things, whether that’s squats, bench press, burpees, or cardio…get it?
