Whether you’re coming to us with no experience in the gym, or you already have experience in functional fitness training, we have a path for you.
Everyone’s journey with Forge will start with a phone call to set up a free consultation to see the facility and discuss your goals, what you’re looking for, discover your ‘why’, and how we can help.
Your next step will be based upon your experience and will be either our 3-Session Assessment for those with little to no experience, or a Discovery Assessment session if you are well experienced in functional fitness training and movements.
Our 3-Session Assessment will screen your joint mobility, movement patterns, and identify any limitations which need to be addressed. Throughout this process we will also evaluate your current fitness capabilities.
Following your assessment, you will transition to our Fundamental program where you will learn the proper skills and movement patterns to move safely and effectively and build the confidence to be take part in group classes. The amount of sessions may vary from person to person, but our standard is 12 sessions.
If you’re coming to us with experience in functional fitness training, your discovery Assessment session will screen your joint mobility, movement patterns, and identify any limitations which you may have. We will also evaluate your current experience through movements we generally do in group classes. You may transition straight to group classes if you demonstrate competency across our movements, or you may transition to Personal Training sessions where you will work on specific skills and movements. The amount of sessions will vary from person to person.
